To better help you I would advice anyone to include the environment he is currently working in:
  1. Just BASIC version
  2. Windows version
  3. System specification

To get the systems information the fastest and easiest is this:
  1. right-click on My Computer to get the context menu
  2. select Properties
  3. the General tab will hold the most important information

Vista and later display a different window, but all the information is there and even more.

Knowing this information makes it much easier to help you and placing it into your signature avoids the need to include it in your post.
