If Windows is supported on it, then yes.

Windows exe's are compiled for x86 architecture. Pi runs on ARM architecture. Chalk and cheese....
On x86 you run Wine under Linux, and thus can run most Windows executables.
On Pi you'd need to compile Wine for ARM. Not straightforward.

I know nothing about the W10 on Pi- it is not desktop W10 but a way to write IOT applications.

If you can spare a few dollars/pounds you could install Exagear on your Pi and that should allow JB and other x86 programs to install and run. I hadn't noticed there was a commercial solution- must give Exagear a try!
I usually use Python on the Pi and LB/JB under Wine on my desktops/laptops.

Exagear appear to do a free trial version that expires after 72 hours. Worth a try...

It wouldn't help you anyway: Wine emulates the operating system, not the CPU!

That's the Exagear free trial running a JB example on one of my Pis. Haven't tried many other examples yet. Seems straightforward to install Exagear compared with other free ways. I may buy a copy!

Pis are great fun, if a bit slow if your main machine(s) are modern, multicore/threading and fast...

PS sorry RR for my 'mis-speaking'. Was rushing to a colleague's anniversary party..
