question What are complete programs
« Thread started on: May 19th, 2012, 01:51am »

Complete programs must fulfill the following specifications:

  1. they must be fully tested by multiple users
  2. they must work on any system they have been tested without special installation instructions
unzipping to any folder should be sufficient
  3. they should not include any major bugs

If the program was only run by yourself, you must first post it on one of the coding boards to get the incompatibilities ironed out.

The subject of a thread for a shared programs candidate could read: [SPC] Battle Ships

If it works for you doesn't mean it works for anyone else.
